Custom Consortium is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate!
We are seeking a temporary, part-time employee for a pop-up concept stoer opening on April 15th in The Shops at North Bridge.
Custom Consortium is the premier retailer enabled to offer bespoke brands, allowing customers to design their own appreal and accessories. As a Sales Associate, you will create an engaging and educational in-store shopping experience that is highly unique and tailored to each customer.

- Builds relationships and has an eagerness to learn
- Prior retail/hospitality work experience
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
- Tech savvy to complete purchase orders
- Extensive training will be provided
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates conversation and interacts with each other
- Educates each customer about Custom Consortium
- Guides each customer through the Custom Consortium process
- Tech savvy to complete orders
- Shares advice, brand knowledge and personal experiences to engage with the customer
- Part-time, temporary, position begins April 15th until May 20th
- $12/hour + 3.5% commission
- Parking TBD
