Guests choose from lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, oil, Italian seasoning, mayo, mustard and peppers to make their favorite Potbelly sandwich. Favorites include Turkey Breast with Swiss cheese; the Vegetarian with mushrooms, Swiss, provolone and American cheeses; and A Wreck with salami, roast beef, turkey, ham and Swiss cheese.
